Our Concept
Flow House is a wonderful home at the foot of the mountain, with a panoramic view of the ocean and the village of Tamraght.
The perfect place to slow down, to watch the sunrise over the mountain and the sunset over the ocean.
A place created as a refuge, a space where everyone can slow down, breathe, let go, disconnect and reconnect with what truly matters.
A haven of peace where you rediscover the art of mindful living and the power of the present moment — a space that embodies everything we wish to share. We have poured all our love into it and thought through every detail to reflect our story, with gentleness, kindness and authenticity.
We are convinced that life flows through movement: the movement of the body, of the breath, of nature, that everything is cycle and movement. Flow House is a place that invites you to learn to surf the waves life offers, to feel the movement of the body mindfully, where everything invites you to “GO WITH THE FLOW”.
It is this philosophy that gives Flow House its name.
Just like in life, where every stage invites us to welcome change rather than resist it.
Flow House is not just a surf house, it is a home where you let yourself be immersed in this way of life.
Through surf and yoga, we invite everyone to reconnect with their body,
with their sensations and the present moment. We don’t seek performance, but rather to cultivate more presence.
Mohamed & Laure are driven by their passion for surf and yoga. Each has their own way of practicing, and for both of them it is neither a sport nor a discipline, it is a philosophy of life, an art of living, of feeling the movement of life… If you would like to read more about Mohamed and Laure, here is their story:
Our home welcomes you all year round, with several options available (bed / breakfast - surf / yoga packages - surf trip - retreats - privatization* - …). You can come as a group (family / friends / couple, etc.) or on your own <3.
*It is also possible to privatize our house for your retreats.
We welcome up to 14 people.
We have 4 double rooms, twin or King bed, and 2 suites with a King bed + a daybed / bed. Each room has its own private bathroom, with a view of the ocean & the mountain. The house is very spacious and we wanted everyone to have a big space, their own space, and to feel at home, because here it is your home 🌼
Here, every space has been imagined to invite calm.
Natural materials, Moroccan-inspired architecture, light-filled rooms, open views of the mountain and the ocean, terraces where you take the time to contemplate, to settle, to pause.

Sakina, this magnificent name of Arab origin, means "deep peace", "serenity" or "absolute tranquility".
In the Eastern spiritual tradition, the Sakina: it is a state of intense inner appeasement, an enveloping grace sent to reassure the hearts facing the agitation of the world. The Sakina suite defines itself as the heart of rest.
This wonderful room is equipped with a king size bed, a living area with its sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a huge wooden window that opens onto a private balcony with a panoramic view of the mountain and the ocean.

Elaya, in Arabic language means "greatness", "height", "sublimity", and in Basque it refers to "the swallow", the ultimate symbol of freedom.
